Who We Are
Beechboro Residents and Ratepayers was established in 2012 by local residents who wanted our community to receive the services, facilities and representation it deserves.
We bring residents together, raise local concerns with the City of Swan and other authorities, and advocate for practical improvements across Beechboro.
We are an independent community group representing residents from all backgrounds. Our current priorities include safer school parking, better pathways and parks, improved youth facilities and stronger local services. We are also exploring whether Beechboro could be better served by leaving the City of Swan and joining the City of Bayswater—but ultimately, that decision should be guided by Beechboro residents.

A clean, cared-for neighbourhood benefits everyone. Residents can help by reporting dumped rubbish, litter, overgrown public areas and properties that appear persistently neglected.
